As it happens the leaf lands on the newspaper catching it on fire. Just then another gust of wind blows up carrying a piece of the burning newsprint into the garage that erupts in flames, destroying his 1967 collector's edition Shelby Mustang worth $120,000.00. Mr. Bungles, seeing the fire rushes to the phone to call 911 for assistance. In his haste he does not see his beloved cat Felix and steps on his neck, killing him instantly.   In your expert opinion, should Mr. Lean have to buy Mr. Bungles a new cat?
