can i take more argument on this case

case study

David was Dany's supervisor in the marketing

department of Regressive Insurance up until about five years ago. David was aware that Dany enjoyed going to the track and visiting casinos, and began to be concerned that Dany's gambling was becoming excessive. Knowing that his performance was suffering because of frequent absences (all due to extended gambling trips), Dany got out of Regressive before he was disciplined, and he and David have remained friendly.

Both David and Dany have since taken jobs at other companies, and Dany is out interviewing again, this time for a job at Gibbs Mutual. David's neighbor is the interviewing manager at Gibbs and learns that Dany and David worked together at Regressive. The neighbor has asked David, off the record, if he would recommend Dany for the open position. David is concerned when he learns that the position has financial and fiduciary responsibilities, for he knows that Dany continues to gamble, and sometimes gets in over his head.

A) What is the meaning of stakeholders? Who are the stakeholders in this case and what do they want?

B) Does David face an ethical dilemma? Identify and briefly explain the main ethical issues he is facing.

C) What he should do to resolve the matter?
