I don't think cultural change can happen overnight, it's more pervasive and unrecognizable. Sudden change makes
people revolt, and if they are already resistant to change, they will become more stubbornly so. How to slowly but irrevocably change for an ethical environment is time consuming. Results may not be seen immediately. Successful cultural change may not even be evident until the next ethical crisis arises. Do you agree or disagree? Why or why not?
