Coca cola utilized the five stages of the six sigma that include define, measure, analyze, improve and control. The first stage is define and involved creating awareness of the change,then measuring and analyzing that involve creating the desire to change among all those that are affected. Coca cola created the desire to change through demonstrating to its employees on how the process excellence would benefit them. The next stage includes improve, that involves training knowledge regarding the change and control that entails reinforcing the change.
