You are a manager at your workplace. Your manager asks you to create a WHS management plan that complies with WHS laws. You are required to complete "Assessment 1, Part B Template - WHS Management Plan (Section A)",  

 

Guidelines on completing the template: 

• Choose a workplace that you are familiar with. 

• All answers must correspond to the workplace you select. 

• Answers must comply with the WHS law.

• You are required to write the answers in your own words. It is not acceptable to copy the information from the internet. 

• In Section A of your WHS Management Plan (in the Assessment 1, Part B Template), you are required to cover the following topics: 

- Purpose of plan 

- Statement of commitment to safety 

- Define terms provided in the table 

- List the responsibilities of different duty holders 

- Explain the consultation arrangement set at your workplace 

- Provide the WHS training policy 

- Define the procedure for WHS risk assessment - List the steps to be followed in WHS issue resolution.
