 The goals need to be written using the SMART goals template. You can google the term for some examples.

Your industry analysis section needs more information about overall trends in the industry. Are there downward pressures on the industry's profitability? How is the company's strategy matched to the competitive conditions of the industry? What are the forces driving industry change? And add some graphs to illustrate some of the trends that you discuss in this section.

Don't forget to add a discussion on business risk, and include an organizational chart for the company in the management structure section.

Lastly, discuss the core competencies and competitive advantages for your business.  How will you excel against the competition and sustain your competitive edge?

For the financial statements in your paper, you will need to include projections as follows:

          * Income Statement: include projections for years 1, 2, and 3

           *Balance Sheet: include projections year 1 only

          *Cash flow statement: include projections for year 1 only

          *Don’t forget to include a list of start-up funds needed to launch the business and the sources that you have identify for these funds (i.e. bank loan, personal savings, angel investors, etc.)
