- Carlos Ghosn career profile, as well as personal development, describes his behaviours and traits as a successful leader. Moreover, his transformational leadership at Nissan earns him further importance in being a successful leader. From being a vice president of Renault, Carlos was able to learn more about Motor Corporation. This helped him in advancing research in creation and execution of strategic positions for the betterment of the company. Ghosn employed a transformational leadership style in Nissan motors to help in the upbringing of Nissan motors which experienced losses. He believed in visioning and that is what came with the introduction of electric power cars in Nissan. Additionally, Ghosn anticipated for a bright future in Nissan leading in the motor industry, so his behaviour of hoping for the best earned him a successful leader title. Moreover, Ghosn believed in discussion and group sharing of information and this is what he majored on in managing his followers to adopt his ideas. According to one of Ghosn address in 2006, he said, "I asked people what they thought was going right and wrong as well as what they think could make the company better." He was trying to get to the conclusion to improve Nissan's performance and this required good team management. Through hundreds of meeting and team discussion, he managed to arrive at a good decision of transforming the company's status into a successful one.
