A wide range of approximations related to the worker "health, safety" (Seaquist, 2012, pg.53). We know that organizations do struggle with Security issue and how they address to the safety issue that may come to play role concern employees well-being and find money to fixes and address these issues they have. (Granger, 2010). In the current aggressive culture, it is essential to guarantee the well-being of their employees. "Health and safety" (Seaquist, 2012, pg.53). These integral parts of working with a different culture to rich your well-being and build balance team. Making sure that they are physically healthy and not cause harm to them in the workplace (Clarke, 2015). We know that sometimes things happen on the like fall, injury, fire that cannot have explained or operate error (Fu, 2017). Being able to own up to your mistake if your workplace is not code and if you are maintaining your equipment (Swanton, 2005). To this can also put a damper on respect your worker and employer(McConnell,1999).

Consequentialist theory - is doing something that is not right that might hurt something or get you in trouble with the law knowing this is wrong. (Van, 199). We must then dig deep to see what is going on why it is not a safe environment to wrong in and look at how the manager is handling a safety issue that had in the pasted (Hook, 2005).

In making sure they are doing the right thing. So, if you are paying them somewhat as if you are in a union that will fight if you do lose your job.

In conclusion, we want able to everyone gets along when working in the workplace and that does not cause any harm to are health or injury, healthily environment everyone can enjoy now and coming year. Knowing with the proper training, maintaining equipment, proper uses it will cut down the number of sick, accident and injury.
