Develop a time-phased budget for the project. What will be the cumulative cost of the project?
Identify areas in the budget where cost cutting can be made if needed?
Identify and assess one major and one minor risk inherent to the project. Develop a contingency plan for each of these risks.

I know that this is short notice but I really need this as soon as possible...I also would prefer this to be an original paper...the project I have selected to work with is the Ribbon Gift Incentive Program by Amway Global...Employers buy gift cards to reward their employees, employees go to designated website to redeem gift card for product of choice with no added cost to them...couple days later employee receives gift shipped directly to them.
