Details: You have selected project team members from different disciplines (nuclear scientists, engineers, technologists, regulatory experts) to work with you on the risk management plan. You refer to them as your Small Group and communicate virtually via a Small Group Discussion Board and Drop Box. Choose a leader for this group.
Post your Risk Template on the Small Group Discussion Board. Review everyone else's templates and comment on all of them. Your group will need to come to a consensus on which risks are project risks, which are product risks, which are internal, which are external and which affect product quality. You will be planning management strategies for these risks in the coming weeks, so it's important to agree on them now.
I am unclear what the task is wishing for - as to whether it is wishing for me as a student and each member to individually generate a memo on the overall risks per the information from the templates posted from the project team members and state their categories - product, internal, external, product quality and then explain in further detail how/when/why they would impact the project in question?  Or what exactly it is calling for - maybe it is from overanalyzing I am unsure but any guidance would be appreciated.
