Investigate how Human Resource Management (HRM) contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives. a. Identify three HRM activities of an identified organization b. Justify how the objectives of these were achieved by effective management of human resources c. Refer to at least two HR models 2. Examine HR Planning and Development methods a. For an identified organization select at least three HR planning and development methods b. Critically evaluate their effectiveness to meet organization objectives 3. Analyze ways in which performance of HR may be enhanced a. Critically review how HR performance in an identified organization is currently indicated an monitored b. Suggest ways to improve this. Please note the following: The essay is 4,000 words from introduction to conclusion and excludes the contents, cover sheet and bibliography. You must use a Harvard style referencing system in the essay linked to the bibliography.
