For this assignment you need to identify the processes (e.g., devel- opmental relationships, job assignments, formal coaching, hard- ships) (see chapters 1-6 in the Handbook for Leadership Develop- ment by McCauley & Van Velsor 2004) used for developing lead- ers and the context in which leader development takes place. What do you think of the current processes for developing leaders in your chosen organisation? To what extent are the processes effective?
