to "groupness." Look at our classroom. In reality, you don't even know who I am. For all you know, I could be some 12-year old kid posing as the professor. Kaplan doesn't even know. I was hired on-line and have never met anybody in Kaplan's management in person. Can we really form group cohesiveness with this kind of anonymity?
