3. Explain the different promotional strategies that may be used in addition to advertising.
4. Determine the best marketing research approach to measure customer satisfaction with your company's product/service.
5. Decide how gaps in customer expectations and experiences will be addressed.
6. Support your marketing plan with at least two (2) reference sources that discuss the nature of the assignment.

In this paper I will introduce to the market a company called “Meds Made E-Z” and a product called the “E-Z Medicine Tracker”. I will list the marketing objectives of my product, along with identifying the marketing segment, and provide an explanation as to why this segment was selected. I will also discuss the target market and why these customers will be targeted. Finally I will conduct a SWOT analysis for my company and describe the market position for the product and service we are offering. Introduction/Description of Company : As previously stated my company will be called “ Meds Made E-Z”. The item I would like to use for my Marketing Plan is called the “E-Z Medicine Tracker”. This item will be geared towards seniors and individuals that are on a daily medicine regimen. The basis of the item is a pill dispenser that also has an alarm (similar to that of a fire alarm) connected and alerts its users when it’s time for them to take their medication. The unit can be loaded, and programmed exclusively at the user’s doctor’s office, and or pharmacy. The alarm will sound when it is time for the medicine to be admitted to the patient. The unit will allow for pills of all sizes to be used, and will be child and tamper proof. Mission Statement : My strategic mission statement would be as follows: “The mission of Meds Made E-Z is to advance the field of medical equipment for everyday use, by fostering new innovative and scientific products for the consumer to streamline the process of taking medication. This will be done by the advancement and production of many products that will assist our consumer base in staying on track and up to date with their health.
