Hi here is my question and thank you so much fro your help I have another one I will post it today . please let me know if you can do them .

This week on the discussion board...

I want you to get comfortable with information technology publications. Shock your friends and colleagues - let them see you reading Computerworld or CIO Magazine!

This week's discussion board assignment is to go to the website www.cio.com/ or www.computerworld.com (or some other technology site) and spend some time surfing the site. Look for the latest trend in data collection, databases or data delivery. Share your discovery with the class. Provide the URL to the article, summarize the article and tell us why it's timely. Then discuss with your peers what you - and they - have found.

Do not select the same article as your peers. This means first-come, first served - so get to it early this week! Up to 20% of your points of your discussion interaction comes from talking with your peers. A good rule of thumb is at least 5 substantive responses to peers, spread out on more than one day. This assignment will be worth 20 points.

Criteria Point Value "A" level "B" level "C" level or below Quality of Your Responses to Each Question Up to 12 points o Student answers all parts of the assignment. o Points of view are fully supported with facts, research, and/or experiences. o Interesting talking points are provided for the rest of the class. o Responses are posted on time (this Friday). o All parts of the assignment are not thoroughly answered. o Points of view are mostly supported. o Talking points for the rest of the class are weak. o Responses are posted on time (this Friday). o Student does not address much of the assignment. o Points of view are stated, but not sufficiently supported with relevant information. o Talking points are non-existent. o Responses are not posted by this Friday. Quality of Your Responses to Other Students 4 points o Student interacts on more than one day of the week and posts 5 or more substantive posts to peers. This means the student does not simply agree/disagree with other students, but provides reasoning behind why they agree/disagree. o Student posts 1-2 paragraphs of text supporting their point of view in each posting. o Student checks back to see if there have been responses to his/her posts in order to stimulate discussion. o Comments are posted on time (by the next Monday). o Student does not interact on more than one day of the week and/or posts fewer than 5 substantive posts to peers. Posts lean towards simply agreeing/disagreei ng. o Student posts less than 1-2 paragraphs of text supporting their point of view in each posting. o Comments are posted on time (by the next Monday). o Student simply agrees or disagrees with other students' points of view without explaining why. o Student is impolite or disrespectful in their responses. o Student's responses are a sentence or two in length and/or made all on the same day.
