Business Law Assault Assault is defined as an intentional offensive criminal act that cause fear of imminent harm or offensive touch. Assault can even occur when the conduct never occurred. Therefore, since the act has to be intentional an accidental action is termed as an assault. Assault is seen as an intent to cause nervousness. Accordingly, since assault intents it however means that there must have been deliberate, and unjustified interference with the business operational rights. Additionally, this is a criminal law which has to be reported immediately an organization is faced by such a scenario for legal measures to be taken against the defiant.an organization is hence responsible of having its lawyer to fight for their business operational rights in case the business happens to be assaulted in any manner whatsoever. Summary Assault being an intentional criminal offence, therefore the matter has to be deeply investigated to find broad -light truth against the offender. Once found guilty tough legal measures have to be implemented. When this is implementation is well carried out in all business environments it will lead to mutual co-existence among different businesses globally at the market place. Battery
