Tasks (80%): 1. 1. Think of a business (existing or new) with a new product being launched . 1. b. DeFne the Micro and Macro Environment. 2. c. Explain your market segments , characteristics of each segment and the process of target marketing and positioning of your product. 2. You are asked to prepare a Marketing Strategy to develop, launch and market the new product , prepare a report about explaining the following: 1. Your Product’s Name & Main Function . 4. Explain how the marketing mix will be utilized to launch your product. 5. Explain your branding strategy . The structure of the required report (20%) see attached template: 1. Your report must have a cover page specifying your: o Course Code and Title o Assignment Number and Title o All Team Members’ Names and STD Numbers (if you are working in a group) o Report Submission Date 2. An introduction to your report (Short, brief and up to the point) clarifying the aim and main objectives of the report .

3. Report content table (two columns = Sub-title and Page No.). 4. Answer the assignment questions by specifying a sub-title clearly and then a brief and clear explanation under each sub-title. Do not copy the assignments questions as subtitles!!!. 5. Produced fgures and tables should be at the center of the page with a clear title and Fgure/table number (Example: Table 1: Restaurant Menu / ±igure 1: The Human Brain). 6. The lines in the report must be separated by 1.5 space. 7. Use Arial font and Bold subtitles . 8. Use page numbering on all pages except For the cover page . 9. Use Header/±ooter on all pages except For the cover page clarifying your Course Code and Assignment number . 10. Late reports will have 5% deducted from assignment grade for each day passes after the due date. 1. 11. No late assignments will be accepted aFter one week oF the due date.
