Someone bumps into a glass of water, and you watch it falling off a table. The glass breaks, and the water spills.

1.Someone bumps into a glass of water, and you watch it falling off a table. The glass breaks, and the water spills. After the activation of the bump, determine whether the falling and breaking of the glass occurs spontaneously. Then characterize the process of reversing the change—the glass reassembling itself and refilling with water—in terms of whether it occurs spontaneously.

I am pretty sure this is not spontaneous, because the glass of water needed be bumped for it to tip and break. But I am not completely sure.

2.Ammonia chloride decomposes to ammonia gas and hydrochloric gas. When carried out at 25 degrees Celsius, the Gibbs free energy for the reaction is positive.

Write the balanced reaction for the decomposition of ammonia chloride.

This one I am completely unsure how to write this equation.
