  • thanks . do u know an easier way to identify an ox red reaction or is the only way to find out by writing the oxidation number for each element. also whats the oxidation number for each element in 2HCl will Cl be -1 or -2? do we have to multiply by the balancing coefficient to find the oxidation number?
