  • We can enter text in the outline view by creating a new slide and by going to outline and writing the text over there. Then we can write data into the slide. using the outline option only. The main purpose is to type the data into the clide through the outline option. We can change the font and size of the text through the outline as well. This allows the user to customise the data which is being presented into the powerpoint presentation. e use the outline view for creating slides and making presentations. The main purpose is to help the business grow by creating presentations of the work that has been done lately .By using the outline view we can create presentations in minutes just by adding text to it and performing the slideshow which takes a minute. It also allows the user to add pictures, video, audio and graphics to make the presentation look better. It is used to grab the attention of the viewer.
