The codes implemented Based on the above business rules, the programmer who implemented this function wrote the following  codes: IF SYSDATE <= ACAD_CALENDAR.CensusDate {PenaltyAmt = $200} IF SYSDATE > ACAD_CALENDAR.CensusDate {PenaltyAmt = $0} Based on above, please answer: Q1. If there were 100 students withdrawing from a subject at 8am on 1 August 2014, what would be the total amount of penalty money a university would receive from these students according to the codes?
