versus individual rights, what do you believe are the major arguments for and against releasing the Guantanamo detainees? Should they ever be completely released or at the very least committed to the federal and state prisons?
-What legal rights should these detainees posses? How do/should those rights differ from those of U.S citizens who are accused of crimes?
-Should such detainees who commit hunger strikes be forced-fed, or left to either die or accept food on their own?
