Help readers understand a professional task that you perform for a job you have
The professional task that I am describing is initiating a call on an account in CRM. CRM is the computer system that holds the medical accounts as well as the customer accounts at the medical software company I work for. First things first in order to make a call on an account I have to go into the presaved searches and select the list I created that I want to call on. After that I click on the first account twice and the information pertaining to the medical facility pops up. I copy the phone number associated with the office and paste it into the search box to check for possible duplicate accounts. I then also search the phone number into google to get an idea of what I'm going to be calling. Next I make a ticket for the account and copy the number for account into a memo. After that i then paste the phone number into Max which is the phone system I use and get ready to initiate the call. I then proceed with making the call by transferring it to my headset. I then follow a script asking about the doctor offices current medical health records and billing software. After i gather the information i need I can end the call. While I was gathering the information on the call, I was inputting it into my memo. I further straighten out the information putting it in the correct places, and then come up with a resolution for the ticket. Finally i close the ticket or keep it open depending on the information i received and that concludes the call.
