you are not able to do...accept the past as past without denying it or discarding it...learn to forgive yourself and forgive others...don't assume that it's too late to get involved" (p 19).
consider this quote. What can you accept that you are or are not able to do? Can you accept the past as past? If you weren't holding onto your insecurities, what could you achieve? And what is it that you could "get involved" in now that you always wanted to?
