Week 2 TBLS Assignment I believe all three of them help me replace negative self-talk, depending on
the individual’s person I am. Each of them is often interactive with my life, for
instance I may need to reconstruct an event in my mind in order to be able to
reassure myself that they are not at fault regarding a particular situation. I will turn
to help to learn how to teach myself how to refocus on my upcoming goals.
