–Describe an experience when you encountered a negative group member and which negative role(s) was apparant.

–Describe a situation you experienced personally (or became aware of through the media) where group think has had negative consequences.

–Assume you are the Vice President of Marketing for a cosmetic firm that has stopped making products that use animal testing and you want to communicate this to your customers. Explain how the company’s credibility and the “you attitude” would play a part in your planned communication to your customers.
