According to Mina Alosno in her article “ From student to employee: A difficult transition” The author intends to us that numerous recent graduates say that they make every effort with the transition from classroom to career world and have difficulty modifying to the work environments. Alonso asserts that large portions of our school encounters from school through college are genuinely expected while life in the working scene is significantly more vague. She explains that graduate student cannot get ready to think logically. In school, many students spend a lot of time to review on their test, but in the workplace, an employee must to be able to identify different solutions, decides and explain his choice to others. She also recommends that analyze, interpret information, solve problems and communicate are skills needs to be good employees. Finally, she says that school does prepare to us some skills for teamwork, however they are not enough to work in corporation. An employee has to work with others to complete a given project, and their successes also depend on how well their colleagues perform. She gives us some advices how we can prepare for the life of our job. However what mina said was totally true, but you could not blame schools and university for all these skills.
