- How can I write a critical response to this? I must answer the question, "what does it mean to be successful and what roles does failure play?" I can write a body paragraph about his failed attempts, another one on his false insanity driving him to lose the people who are important to him. I don't know what to write for my third paragraph. Does he succeed in the end? Do all the failures push him to his success?
