- I think so, but also the strategy works only when there is a discipline process that is working. If then training managers would be the best answer, i suppose option D would follow but i still hold on to my option. The two can do though

- Since Fred is a manager in his plant,in my opinion i took option D assuming that there are no other managers in his plant and he has to make sure that there is a good workplace environment in his plant.
