Many 21st-century organizations have rigorous development programs that include job rotation to various

departments within the organization, classroom and on-the-job training, assigned mentors, and many other programs, all of which are designed to train employees and develop their capabilities for future use within the workplace. Where can you see one (or more) of these development programs implemented? Using these types of developmental programs, what contributed to the success (or lack of success) to implementation? What concepts have you learned supports your explanation?
