Paragon group is basically under the leadership of the Managing Director,

Mr. Moshiur Rahman. The group is managed by the personnels of Head Office situated in Dhaka. HR and Admin and these are the main departments liable for managing manpower related operations of the entire group and its all concerns.
Even though the HR department has been well equipped in almost all the functions, the learning and development function is relatively backward leaning due to lack of charismatic leader and proper practices. Recently Mr. Amzad Hossain has been hired as the new Lead of Learning and Development. One of his main taskas is to incorporate a proper learning structure throughout the group and also to ensure that appropriate measures are taken in order to ensure training and development of the employees.
Mr. Amzad needed to come up with a new training module for the HR & Admin department. He is allowed to organize two training programs at this point of time as the Group is running low on the resources required for learning and development. After conducting the needs analysis for the departments, Mr. Amzad came up with the following results:
• supervisors are not ready to lead from the front and provide proper aid to their subordinates
• supervisors' idea of leadership is vague
• subordinates are not being able to achieve their goals due to leadership mismanagement
• there is loose bonding among the team members
• team goals are achieved in an unsatisfactory manner
• there is poor team cohesion among the members
Now, considering all the above points Mr. Amzad has decided to come forward with two different training programs for HR & Admin departments.
