Just need help with b, I am struggling with the logical design 3NF tables.

A+ Apartments stores lease information in Excel. Their Excel table design with sample data is shown below. Note the
following: OThe rent amount for a lease depends on the length of the lease (6-month or 12-month) and the apartment type
being leased. ORent amounts for apartment types/lease durations are updated periodically during the year, typically in March
and/or September, although they can be updated at any time. It is important to keep a history of rent amounts
for each apartment type/ lease duration combination. OThe last time rent amounts were updated was 3/1/2009. LEASES Charles

constraints, table names and sample data. Use Word, Excel, or Access to design the tables and document the rest of your
