1) buildRandomArray():double[] - creates, fills with random numbers, and returns an array of doubles.

2) findLowestValue(double[]):double - receives a double[] array as a parameter value, finds the lowest value in the array and returns that value.

3) findHigestestValue(double[]):double - receives a double[] array as a parameter value, finds the Highest value in the array and returns that value.

4) findMeanValue(double[]):double - receives a double[] array as a parameter value, calculates the mean of the values in the array and returns that value.

You will also need the method displayArray(double[]) to display the array to the terminal screen.
