Strategic planning, stakeholders, and communication are all intertwined in the organization's mission and
vision. How an organization moves forward during short-term and long-term planning will depend on the strategic planning process. When I think of planning, I think of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle. Organizations continue to improve their processes and systems in order to be competitive in this global economy and stay viable to the customers they take care of.
How far in advance should an organization plan? Please explain.
