The theoretical framework of figure 2.1 was regarding of the study of multiple past researchers
that explored the influencers of training and development on employee's performance. Based on
the framework, the independent variables as stated are job enrichment, job rotation, on job training,
and off job training, whereas the dependent variable is the employee's performance itself. The
independent variable as the level of the employee's performance solely dependent on the outcome
gained from the independent variables.
