Case Study A
Sean has recently set up a winter sports clothing business, Tomahawk. He has
hired a team consisting of fashion designers, factory workers, sales staff, and marketers. Sean is particularly excited about the opening of the first Tomahawk and website. However, he is also very aware of his responsibility to the community and environment. In particular, Sean is interested in appropriate means of saving energy, minimising the carbon footprint, and using eco-friendly materials in the production of Tomahawk clothing. He realises the need to integrate such methods and provide guidance for staff members in the form of a sustainability policy.
