For this activity, look at four or five entrepreneur profiles at thebalance.com and compare their approaches to operational processes. These profiles focus on the person, so the process is not described explicitly. You have to read between the lines to infer each entrepreneur's approach to operations. What is covered could be a general approach or a specific aspect of their operational style.
For your original post, compare three entrepreneurs with the approaches that you like the most. Explain who the entrepreneur is, why they are famous, what their approach is, and how you determined what their approach was. End by comparing what you think the relative strengths are for each approach.
