call center agents made calls on 4 days for 4 hours each day. There were 4 agents engaged in the calls and each agent averaged 40 calls an hour. On day 1 we produced 32 warm leads, day 2 – 25 warm leads, day 3 – 40 warm leads and day 4 we produced 35 warm leads. 20% of the list we called from contained bad contact information including disconnected phone numbers. For the warm leads we were able to capture email addresses approximately 50% of the time.
