Connor Black is an 18-month-old child who is in the hospital for long-term antibiotics to treat
cellulitis resulting from a spider bite. His parents have not been at his bedside much during his
hospital stay. When they are here, Connor continues to play with his toys giving little attention to
them. His mom is voicing frustration about his lack of response to her after being gone for
