Among NICU nurses providing care for premature infants (P) what are the best practice recommendations for providing education on infant positioning (I) compared to lack of structured education which leads to improper positioning (C) to improve neuromuscular development, decrease startle responses, improve sleep, and decrease stress during handling (O) until infant discharge from NICU (T).
