You are planning to increase the quality of health care delivery in your hospital. Using the five steps in the formal planning process ,

2. Organizing

Using the plan in # 1 to increase the quality of health care delivery in your hospital, put a brief organization using the six steps in the organizing process.

a. Establish overall objectives

b. Formulate supporting objectives, policies and plans

c. Identify and classify activities necessary to accomplish the objectives.

d. Group the activities in light of the human and material resources available and the best way of using them under the circumstances.

e. Delegate to the head of each group and the authorities necessary to perform the activities.

f. Tie the groups together horizontally and vertically, through authority necessary relationships, and information systems.

3. Staffing

Using your planning and organizing in #1 and #2 to increase the quality of health care delivery in your hospital, write brief staffing plan for a successful implementation.
