How would I do the following problem number 2 and 3?

How would I do the following problem number 2 and 3? They're both two step mechanism problems. I'm not sure for the first problem how to get from a benzene ring that has a carboxyl group and a NH2 group to a benzene ring that has a carboxyl group and a NHCOCH3 group. And I think for the second problem, the answer is to the first part of the problem is not HCl at 40 degrees like I wrote but instead 1 mole H2O with H+ (cat) to get to the benzene ring with CONH2 but I wanted to double check.
