I don't understand how to find percent yield of product obtained from williamson ether synthesis when given molecular weights.

There is excess of starting halide (MW 122.99g/mol) and of base (MW 138.2g/mol)

The excess halide and base are used with 225mg of phenol starting material with molecular weight 164.2g/mol.

I need to calculate the percent yield if there is 115mg of product that is isolated. The molecular weight of the product is 206.29 g/mol.
