This is an essay & fill in the blank exam and one of only three we have all semester. I am taking Sociology 1101, super-basic core curriculum, but of the 10 fill in the blanks, nine of them were verbatim from the book or PPP handouts. I hate to lose points, but I can't find this answer exactly as written anywhere.

** I think the answer is Impression management, but that is just b'c the question before this one used the textbook definition of conformity. If anyone has any ideas or has used Kendall's 9th ed. "Sociology in Our Times" and knows the answer, I would be extremely appreciative. **
(Also just sort of testing this site out. I've been here once before, but I am not sure if I want to participate yet, so any feedback about Course Hero would also be awesome. :o)
