Pertinent information: patient age: 60 yo sex: F ht: 5'3" wt: 180 lbs Current heparin 25,000 units/250 mL running at 12 mL/h. The final answer should be the final rate that you will set your pump to run the new dose in mL/h to the nearest 10th (1 decimal place).

Females: IBW = 45.5 kg + 2.3 kg per inch over 5 feet
