I'm thinking the sugar is losing entropy

because now there is no water for it to mix making less chance of chaos? It's kind of weird because you can add water back into it and bring it back to it's original state which I believe the second law says something about it not ever going back to what it originally was? Any help with this problem would be appreciated thank you.
