  • How would I provide operational and conceptual definitions of the Variables?

  • Hello client, that is something that only you can do because you formulated the hypothesis yourself. I was hoping that when you formulated the hypothesis you had a way of defining the variables and measuring them. It is impossible for me to give you operational and conceptual definitions because I believe you must have had them in mind when you came up with the hypothesis. Operational definition needs you to talk about how you will measure your variables. I do not know how you plan to measure your variables because you came with the hypothesis so I assume you knew how you would be able to measure your variables.

  • A conceptual definition needs you to explain how the variables are related with each other. For example how are the prison systems used compare and linked with the number of disenfranchised citizens that will be wrongly sentenced to jail. I can give your conceptual definition of the work but asking me to give you an operational definition is hard because that is something only the formulator of hypothesis can do. the conceptual definition of the hypothesis you chose is..............The number of disenfranchised citizens sentenced to prison because of the crimes they committed is directly determined to the quality of the prison system that is in existent in the state. If the prison system is poor, then a lot of people will be wrongly sentenced to prison terms

  • How you measure the two variables can only be done by you. The formulator of the hypothesis. This is because you are aware of the information that you can get for your hypothesis and the kind of resources that you have around you that can give you a good measure of your variables for you to write your operational definitions. I am not near you so I cannot comment on your operational definitions because I do not know the resources you have and how you plan to do your study

  • I am not sure I understand your explanation of an Operation definition?

  • An operation definition is simply how you are going to measure your variables. how are you going to be able to measure your variables for you to be able to prove your hypothesis right or false. For example what statistical information are you going to use that will either prove your hypothesis right or false. That is what operational definition is

  • Oh perfect! I believe I understand that now, thank you for your assistance on it. Could you possibly give me an example? Assuming I had access to any type of resource?

  • compare the number of cases that were held to have been judged unfairly before the privatization of the prison systems, and those that happened after the privatization system the build your case along those numbers that you have gotten
