Hi there,

I need some help with how to address the question or what approach to take. I'm agreeing with the statement that Capitalism does produce poverty and there are quite a lot of sources about the subject but each takes a different ways to argue how it produces poverty in the society. for example one of the authors critique the 4 characteristic of capitalism listed below and critique each on how it contributes to poverty. others took a different route and focused on exploitation and more of a socialist view of how people will all turn to wage earners and lose all control of means of production to capitalist owners. I have to write "1500 words" and there's quite a lot to talk but if you could help me to "write a" better argument and what to focus so I could compile narrowed down sources for it.

1)        Accumulation

2)        Competition

3)        Price system

4)        Growth (to sustain it)

1.) Capitalism produces poverty?

The success of your answer will depend on: - Your ability to narrow down the topic to a manageable set of arguments. That is, you must explain how you will go about answering the question. - Your ability to effectively utilize theory and empirical examples. - Your effective use of at least four (4) outside scholarly sources. - Your ability to organize and develop clear arguments
