A teacher believes that the percentage of students at her high school who go on

to college is lower than the rate in the general population of high school students. The rate in the general population is 69.7% (BLS, 2017). In the most recent graduating class at her high school, the teacher found that of 104 who graduated, 61 of those went on to college. Complete the following chart (round to two decimal places when calculating the expected values).
