have less than 1000 job postings while using python code and maintaining all the original columns of the data frame?

I have the following code:

import pandas as pd          # data package

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt     # pyplot module

import datetime as dt         # date and time module

import numpy as np

all_data = pd.read_csv('all_data_master.csv') 

all_data = all_data.replace('\N',np.nan)
